Guarantor Requirements:
Guarantors must demonstrate a gross monthly income of 5 times the monthly rent. The future resident must first complete the screening process, and the application must request a guarantor before a guarantor can be added.

No. Our community has three floors and does not have elevators.

The second number in the apartment number indicates the floor.
For example, apartment 7305 is located on the third floor.
Please note that the third-floor apartments do not have vaulted ceilings.

Yes! Residents may mount TVs, pictures, and other items as long as the holes are no larger than the size of a nickel.

Residents may also paint or add wallpaper, provided the apartment is returned to its original condition before move-out.

Upon move-out, we can provide the name and number of the original paint color for touch-ups.

Once the application and administrative fee have been paid, the apartment will be taken off the market.

Your total move-in costs will depend on your specific move-in date, as rent and applicable fees may be prorated.

The approval process typically takes 3–7 days. However, the timeframe can vary depending on how quickly the credit and background screening is completed and how quickly the applicant completes the required income verification.

Yes, we accept offer letters as a form of income verification. Please note that it can take 3–7 days for our third-party screening company to verify the offer letter directly with your employer.

Our occupancy policy allows 2 occupants per bedroom, plus 1 additional occupant per apartment home.
